I believe in living a healthy life and following a healthy lifestyle, my life has been such more rewarding now I am healthier and fitter.
A healthy lifestyle means making the right choices on what you eat and what you do.
I know that a healthy lifestyle is something people turn their nose up because they think it’s HARD or very tiring; in fact the truth is that it can be very easy if you have the right frame of mind and want to start making healthy choices!
A large part of a healthier life is exercise, exercise is very good for your body, heart and health, and it relieves stress and gives you a feel good factor. Exercise is good for people wanting to lose weight or get/keep healthy.
Your heart becomes stronger and healthier therefore giving you longer to life and enjoy life. Exercise alone is not the best way to a healthier life; you also need to train your brain and body into eating the correct nutritional foods.
What I mean by that is everything you eat affects your how your body moves and reacts, for example if one athlete eats everything from fast food and chocolate to fizzy drinks and another athlete consumed healthy food as in pasta, potatoes and fruit juice, the second athlete will be the better of the 2, he will have more energy from his food and therefore be able to train for longer/harder. In reality this is not the easiest of things to achieve but is very important.
